Please submit your grant request by filling out the form below. Please provide the following documents:
- A description of the organization, its mission and the program(s) that you would like funded
- A copy of the company’s 501 (c)(3) letter
- Most recent audited financial statements
- A statement indicating that all Board members contribute financially to the organization
The Charles and Mildred Schnurmacher Board meets 4–6 times a year. Grants submitted, with all necessary documentation, will be considered at the next scheduled board meeting following receipt.
