How to Apply
We do not require you to submit a formal application. Simply send your grant request with a description of your organization, and the Program that you would like us to fund. All original requests should also include two additional copies.
The following supporting documention is also required:
a copy of your 501 (c)(3) letter
your most recent audited financial statements
a statement indicating that all of your Board members contribute financially to your organization.
Our Board meets six (6) times a year. Grants submitted with all necessary documentation will be considered at next scheduled board meeting following receipt.
